Go to OPD > Register, fill in the patient details, and choose the right doctor and package.

How to configure billing packages?

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Packages, then create or edit packages with item‑wise rates.

How to export a patient record?

From the patient page, click Export and choose PDF / Excel.

How to give roles and permissions to staff?

Go to Settings > Roles, create roles (admin, front‑desk, doctor, billing), and assign permissions and menus.

How to add pharmacy and lab items to a patient?

From the patient’s visit, click Add Pharmacy or Add Lab, select the items, and confirm; they’ll automatically appear in billing when you finalize.

Can I print prescription and bills from Selten HMS?

Yes. From the OPD/IPD visit or billing screen, select Print Prescription / Print Bill and choose your printer; the layout is pre‑formatted for hospital use.
